This was really a miracle!
Five weeks ago, I entered a place unknown to me called King David in a state of near death, incoherence, unable to walk but more importantly unable to perform any functions of daily living. I owe the success and my continued living to the people who work at his facility. In conclusion, this was really a miracle, but not really. It was the people who cared for me on an every day basis. I owe my return to normality to them and have many thanks to King David.

Our grandmother suffered an injury and received rehab care at king David. We were so happy to have her in a Jewish facility to suit her religious dietary and cultural needs. She was cared for by many kind and sensitive individuals, especially during such a difficult time. We are incredibly grateful for the amazing liaison, Rivka Heisler, who went above and beyond for our grandmother and family. We also want to mention Yitzy Tendler, the administer of the facility for making countless arrangements for our family to keep in contact with our grandmother throughout her stay. King David provides a crucial need for the Jewish community and beyond and we are so grateful for their service.

The highlight of my day was working with my speech therapist, Penina. She was patient and really motivated me to work my hardest. Also, I want to thank my physical and occupational therapists.
